Waiting anxiously to hear more from BGB, TCS or Whoopsy after they've seen the car.
We've been hands on with the car for two weeks since July during its development process. You guys won't be disappointed . Rennlist members will also enjoy the commercial that PAG put together for the release of the vehicle .

I want a PDK option and stiffer springs (especially in the front).

Any chance you could give us a hint when this launch will be?

Better than the original 981 commercial? I thought that one was perfectly done.
Gear ratios - yes - easy.
Screaming engine? Prob not without increasing $15-$20k. And that’s a higher screaming version of a 3.8. The Gt3 engine is what? $35k more?
You will not get the first without the second. Gearing and redline are inextricably linked - without a higher redline, you will not get lower gearing...

And the other in the trifecta of "linked" items: price. The 3.8 981 is already a 7800 rpm motor. Nothing left on the table there unless we go to fancy titanium parts, etc, to allow reliable 9k redline. If you want the gears, ya gotta have the revs, and if you want the revs, ya gotta pay $35k for the motor. (I don't mean in "the real world", I mean in the Porsche universe. BMW managed to sell high-revving M motors for a lot less than Porsche, IIRC, just like everything else. But we're talking about what Porsche are willing to sell us, and for how much.)
The worldwide launch of the 718 GT4 Clubsport is next Thursday January 3rd, 2019; after that, everything we know about the 718 GT4 Clubsport race car can be shared. If the improvement to the street car is half as awesome as the improvement to the race car, you guys are in for a real treat!

You can easily change gear ratios without impacting RPM or redline, so Im not understanding this.
