Default Newbie Here - Am I in the right forum?

Just sold my 991.1 GT3RS and happy to announce the purchase of a low mile 2020 GT4 Clubsport Competition. Any immediate do's or dont's? Having it corner balanced and taking delivery mid week. I have read alot of posts and I can agree with most of you the enjoyment I am going to have in this PMNA factory car. Not going to miss the straight line speed of the RS or so I am thinking. I have a futura trailer, one set of scrubs and a set of rain tyres that came with the purchase. Air jacks never been used so I do not have a nitrogen tank setup as of yet. Any shared thoughts would really be helpful. BTW - I have been driving with HOD for 20+ years and ready to throw down some rubber. Super excited to share the adventure. Pics to come next week.

Are you registered with PMRSI? Gives you access to manuals, bulletins etc. You can request access with your VIN. Racecar Service Information (porsche.us)

I would suggest start there and go through the Tech Manual. Congrats and welcome!

PS if you want to use the air jacks, search here for Nitrogen Set-up, there is a comprehensive thread.

Its worth having a experienced Porsche racing shop come and support you the first weekend you take it out. Clubsports are relatively simple to run but having someone walk you through it will ensure you dont forget/miss anything.

We are on a similar path, new to me 718 Clubsport Comp purchased last week. 1st track day is 2/16 at Sebring.
Unfortunately, gotta move on from my GT4RS to fund the purchase.

There is a track gal at Sebring who's selling her GT4CS soon and wants a streetable RS, looks like you have other thoughts! My 1st track day is 4/14 at Laguna Seca. Have a support team to
dial me in and do data dumps. Super excited! We will have to share experiences!
