Maybe it’s ok to go inside to outside as long as they are not all the way through the thickness, but it never was before on any other track cars. Teach me.
Mine are like yours...I was told IF they go to the outside...They are junk. Wonder who else we can ask?? I don't want an exploding rotor...But then again wearing out rotors twice as fast as pads is no fun either.

The cross cracks did reach clear across the surface but were not full thickness. I could not see any light in the central veins when shining it on the surface.

The additional little ones that you see in the picture spidered and all the way across by the end of the weekend. Maybe 25 different ones after the 7 th day. Sorry I threw them away after I swapped the out so I don’t have any final pics.

I agree they may not be completely worn out yet but after talking to the PFC rep I don’t think they’re just trying to sell me new rotors I think they are trying to keep us safe.

I will keep a better eye on this next set and document the changes a little more often.

Here are mine...A few pics of both front rotors...FYI...Pistons are not hanging up, bias is in the "middle", etc.

Those rotors above look fine to me. Yes there are some. I wouldn't run an 8 hour endurance race on them, but a couple of 20 mins DE sessions would be absolutely fine.

Also, looks like the pads looks very thin, at least vs a new PFC pad. I'd be much more inclined to change those vs the rotors. My experience is that the thinner the pad, the faster the rotors wear.

OK thanks for the input...I will check the pad thickness (could be an illusion in the photo as they are Ferodo 312 pads...I think they are still (as you probably know they are crazy thick to start) actually thicker than the standard PFC pads. But maybe not! So I will check...

Have you tried the stock PFC pads? Thats what we are running and they seem to work fine. It could be the pads you are using are less rotor friendly ie generate more heat.

They were on the car to start with when I got it...Those rotors look the same but I only ran them personally for a weekend until I changed them to the current setup (PFC / Ferodo).

I agree with Colin. Starting an enduro? probably not 20-30 min practice? no problem

Those are bad enough. I got 1,500 miles out of my first front set on the 718 GT4 CS. My issue with those is the cracks going all the way to the edges. Certainly you could run them more, you could also run them less......

I went and replaced them with the GIRO...So far so good on day 1 at Sebring. Heading to VIR in two weeks for three days...I will report back after that.

Any idea what the cost is going to be for replacements minus hat?

So those are about $600 more a pair, which could be worth it based on the life you see. I would be also willing to try some different pads. I have used the PFC one, but my GTB1 car using Pagid stopped sooooo much better. Keep us posted!!
