That is awesome, as a constructor I appreciate all types of buildings and designs. I actually had to scroll back to your 8th picture as in that shot it appeared that you had 3 cars parked in that shot when actually you only had two. Enjoy !

Fitted yellow lenses to the 1966 SWB now. Good timing, as it's being driven by GT Purely Porsche magazine next week - they are doing a feature on both the SWB and the Spyder. Covers have come out as the weather has changed, so hopefully it'll remain bright next week for the photoshoot.

I love garages & yours is a dream, very nice. Btw, there is a Japanese magazine dedicated to home garage called "Garage Life" www.home.hobidas.com.

So is the door rolling/sliding/swing type?

Thank you... It's with the planning department at the moment, but looks like it will need to be hinged to the sides.

Can't wait for a ruling so I can get them done though. Spend sooo much time out there - in fact I've just come in - so the doors will be very welcome now the temperature is starting to drop.

Not sure those door designs are for me, but certainly creative!

Your own garage looks cool... Nice 964s too. Not sure I'd leave the keys in there though!

Yes maybe you are right I shouldn't be hanging my keys but my garage has doors & I have a driver / chauffeur (for wife & kids) who is there during daytime. Actually I live in a gated community with security guards actively patrolling around the clock otherwise in not very safe here in Jakarta (depends on the area). How about your village? I would love to live in a village like yours, is looks very nice & pretty.

I live in a small village - very English. We just have a pub and a 400 year old church which is almost opposite my home. But he keys stay home and in my safe!

In many parts of Europe now, your car isn't even safe if the keys are in you home. Thieves just break in whilst your in bed or not, and blatantly steal your car and anything else they can get their hands on.

Maybe not so bad in small rural villages, I hope!

Love the ex MW car!

Now that is a garage! Have you received the go ahead yet for the doors? Be sure to post pics when complete. The asymmetrical design and windows make it stand out- not to mention the cars it protects! nice work!
