Hi. The VIN decoder seems not working ... I tried with different VINs of 964 with different browser it always says it's not valid ... i don't know whether is a problem of regional settings or what ...

VIN decoder for Euro 928
Has anyone recently tried the VIN decoder, on Rennlist or another site, for any Euro model car imported into the U.S.? I have tried various sources, but the results consistently show 'no such vehicle'.

Try this http://vinanalytics.com/
I am new to this site and will be picking up a 2008 C2 997 tomorrow and cound not find the build sheet from the other sites. This site above works!

Can you please tell me if the VIN decoder can be relied upon. My local dealer has a Cayman R priced at $80,000.00
VIN decoder tells me this about the car:
Invoice $55,710.00
Destination Charge $950.00
II have a hard time believing that even my local Porche dealer would price a 7 year old car so much higher than it's original price.
FWIW, VIN Analytics says this about the car: Price:$76,030.00. That's still less than what the dealer is asking for the car, but more than VIN Decoder said.
Thank you very much.
