The MSRP/vin decoding from vinanalytics.com can be relied on. What the dealer is asking for is another story ... the Cayman R is a somewhat rare car (roughly ~600 for North America produced). So they are undoubtedly playing that card to raise the price above MSRP. I wouldn't bite ...

The site works on American versions only, however one site is known, it gives options and the price of new vehicles, plus option prices, but this paying site

VINAnalytics.com has worked good for me for months of searching. It could have a little more information like the BMW vin decoder that recently went pay only...![order](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/order.gif)
It would be nice if you could see inside model # for newbies and engines and hp. Vinanalytics helped me find my new car.

I was able to view my build sheet through Porsche website by creating an account and registering my vin. There was no cost but website is a little funky had some errors. I had to submit my paperwork on my phone app but the build sheet was only viewable on a regular web browser. Does not have any codes or prices but looks like all build information is there. Even includes all the tech specs which is cool. I wish it was printer friendly but unfortunately it’s not. So I just copied and pasted into a word doc.
