Apology to the 996 Turbo Cab on HWY 1 (N) today.
I would like to offer an apology to the driver & passenger of the Silver/Terra cotta 996 Turbo Cabriolet driving North on Hwy 1 today between Davenport and Half Moon Bay (5:00 pm-ish today ). Mea maxima culpa.
I did a very poor job of keeping track of your whereabouts. From my rear-view mirror at 1/8 of a mile, I incorrectly assessed you as a Boxter and further incorrectly assumed that by my aggressive passing speed that there was no possible way you'd be right behind me when I pulled out to pass again.
I applaud your car excellent control and offer my sincerest apology for any code-brown I may have caused. I should have double checked my mirrors and I should have been more alert. Thanks for the lesson, I will not make that mistake again.
