The NEW 928?

I would say the 991 has morphed into the new 928, except the engine location. Unless you get the GT3 versions that are coming later, they are basically GT cars with all the creature comforts they have now plus the car is bigger then ever.
The Pagen looks like a mini Panamera, good for them to move into this market to compete with the C class Benz. Unless they make it in 2 door she ain't no 928!

I don't understand why Porsche is incapable of creating a good-looking design in this century for the rear of a car that does not have the engine in that location...

You didn't actually read the article, did you?
Calling this car the "NEW" 928 is a disgrace.
- It doesn't say 928 anywhere in that article
- Pajun relies solely on V-6 powerplants
- The Pajun aims at the midsize offerings from Ingolstadt (Audi A6), Munich (BMW 5 Series), and Stuttgart (Mercedes-Benz E-Class),
- It's not even a coupe

Lame. Its just another version of a Panamera. I mean, I like the Panamera, but come one, another 4 door sedan. Also, the price point is almost similar.
Dear Porsche,
Produce a 4 seater (2 or 4 door) that competes with the 3 series in price and performance, if Audi will let you take sales away from their A4, that is.
