All RIGHT.....I took the car off the ceiling, went out in the rain and took a legit pic of the wheel. Far be it for me to fake anything!

Now that it's not hanging from the ceiling any more why is there so much fresh air above the wheel? Is the car on jacks?

The regular gold badge is cheaper - about $20 - $30 at Pelican

I agree, it looks like as if it has a 2" lift kit.

Speaking of a lift, I saw a 996TT on my way to Vega$ with Rally lights on the hood and stickers all over the car. The car seems to sit higher than the normal 996TT, as if it has been lifted.

How about "kraut" (not sure on spelling) from sauerkraut?

OK, you guys....I realize I can't afford to lower my car (just yet), but it really doesn't look as bad as that tire pic. I had just re-mounted a tire and the car had been on a jackstand for 24hours.

Normally it looks, well...ok considering it isn't lowered.

Actually that is the first time I've looked at a 996 and thought ...."Nice!!!" I admit I'm a sucker for silver/black Porsches but that is a nice looking car.
