I currently drive my 95 993 as a daily driver. I have it set up so both my boys can ride in back, but because of where we live it doesn't have to do duties as a grocery getter or other shopping. The only time it gets to be a pain is picking up packages at the post office. I think on consideration is how much you are willing to spend. If you want to stay below $30,000 you are looking at rough 993, but mostly 964s and older (but not the really good long hoods). If you are willing to go over $30,000 or even over $50,000 your options really open up. I am not sure how an older 911 (pre-89) would be for a daily driver.

Scratch that itch!
