Announcement ...I have be warned by K40 not to discuss its jammer testing anymore.
I was contacted by K40 due to my past K40 testing and my video that is on the internet. I was told that I would be sued if I continued and not to discuss any further or past testing of the K40 products ever again. Since I respect this website and do not wish to bring any lawsuits to this site and its owners I will respect K40's wishes not discuss it's product performance.

Seriously though, that would be a piece of cake lawsuit for any half-brained lawyer that wore his degree around his neck suspended by a bike-lock cable.
There there's always the counter-suit.

Well I'm not talking about K40's product anymore but if you look at Radardetectors.net and that RadarRoy who has alot more $$$ then me and he was sued by K40 and lost $100's of $1,000's and almost lost his house and business for testing that product and showing the lack of performance. You all can gather your own information on the product that I will not be discussing any more on the net for your information so just do some research to make a educated decision.

As consumers we are all free not to purchase K 40 radar detectors, and spread the word that we made that choice not to purchase K 40 radar detectors.

I have a k40 in my car and it's useless...unless you're trying to find a grocery store...it loves detecting those auto doors...and other people on the highway with radar detectors...but not the police...like I said useless.
Am I going to be getting served because I said this??

Let me be perfectly clear, so there is absolutely no confusion in this matter. At no time has anyone from K40 Electronics contacted this individual, his legal representatives, or anyone working with his group to stop talking about our company. His statements are completely false. He is obviously trying to stir up something on this forum in an effort to make our company look bad for reasons I can only imagine.

Yes, I was contacted by K40 and I even stopped talking about it but I had to defend myself and step up unlike K40 who refuses to have independent testers conduct testing, the means to me and others that K40 has something to hide and I know exactly why because I have seen the K40 in action with my own 2 eyes and there was alot of other guys with expensive cars there saying they would not want the K40 laser jammer on their cars ever. Well maybe you "K40" knows that you dont have a case because if your product worked there would be no negative product review's. I have a $250 laser jammer from Europe that was sent to me and it was a great performer and I was not paid for the testing since I dont do this for the $$$ because I'm not SML. So K40 come out and lets do some testing together...We can meet in AZ this summer so if there is anything you need to do get it done and lets put a end to this and prove what works the best and what doesnt work the best. Which is yours?
