They moved the servers. I've updated the links, and added the 987C (Cayman).

The PDFs appear to be more current, October 05, versus March-June 05.

That is very useful however you don’t have the function of scrolling very fast and being able to search for part numbers from the ATP pages. I guess if I didn’t have access to it on a regular basis this would help.
