Just found 986.2 Boxster S with only 65000km driven, after 2000 km driving I have decided to fully renew this bady.
Even I have a 991.2 Turbo S (this car is guaranteed 100% satified) but 986.2 Boxster S brings me more passion of what a Sport Car should look like.
The 986.2 Boxster S I found came in Guards Red, I reckon this is one of the most iconic and classic color in Porsche, Guard Red is also one of my favorite too, I am pretty happy with the finding.
I know peole would aruge that you should always get a manual gearbox instead of a tiptronic Boxster S but in my opinion the tiptronic gives you a very convenient way for daily drive.
The main idea of renew this Boxster S would be keep it as classic as it can.

986 Cup Side Skirts installed, this gives you more sporty look
Headlights polished
RUF brake painted
RUF by Speedline 18 wheels F:8.5J ET61 R:9.5J ET48
Michelin PS2 F:225/40/18 R:265/35/18
Interior:
PCCM+ Installed to match modern audio tech
New OEM amplifier and Speakers installed
Wood trim package: Steering, hand brake and shift **** (I decided to keep them as I found that they look extremely classic and luxury)
Seats and Door renewed by using Pepita, this might be the most popular setup recently
RUF mats with Red letters to match body color

New OEM control arms installed
New OEM suspension installed
New ABS cables renewed
Fabspeed Carbon intake installed, I highly recommend this upgrade, gives you a very cool high pitch sound during 6000rpm and improve acceleration !
I gotta say Porsche knows how to build a sport car,until today 986.2 Boxster S is still one of the best sport car on the market.
In my point of view, a great sport car should be a car drives well, sounds great and you cannot wait to drive it again, 986 Boxster S has achieved all.
