Hey guys, I'm considering getting out of my 718 S and into a base 2020 911. Here is the build sheet:
https://vinanalytics.com/car/WP0AA2A92LS206293/
And dealer ad:
https://www.porschemobile.com/used-M...AA2A92LS206293
The ad on Cargurus has this listed for sale as a CPO car, as does the CARFAX, but the dealer website doesn't say it's a CPO. I'll have to confirm that tomorrow. If it's indeed a CPO, then the mileage doesn't concern me too much, as there would be plenty of warranty left. The only concern with that mileage is when I go to trade it in, probably in two years, it will have probably 60-65k miles on it. So I obviously need to get it at a great price, which brings me to my next point. They have it listed for $113K, which is ridiculous for a 2020 with 39k on it in my opinion.
So guys, can you give me some advice? Should I steer clear of this one? If not, what would a reasonable price be? I checked the KBB value for this VIN, and the private party sale price was about $98k. Would $100k be a reasonable offer? Less?
Thanks!

Pass, too many miles and no 14 way seats. For $113000 you can find lower mileage.Go to Porsche.com and search all 992 certified. there are some w/ under 20K miles around $105-120.

I don't know that I'd say steer clear, but it's a poor value at that price. As you said (and for your planned use), if you can get it for $98 - 100, that would be reasonable. Still a sellers' market, however, so that might be tough.

That's not a bad idea at all. That would make it more attractive when i go to sell the car in 2-3 years. Or who knows, I might love it so much that I decide to keep it longer, and I'd be under warranty until 2026.
