Second screen looks OK. Can't unsee the scallop removed from above the instrument cluster. Doesn't look good. SportChrono **** is cheapened.

There wasn't anything wrong with the analog gauge and digital gauge, that's what kept it as a porsche, now it is just a copy of the tesla now. Sad that this happen. Porsche got to understand their customer that we love the in between.

Given I keep hearing the 992.2 is going to give up its analog tach, and that this shares a lot aesthetically with the current 992 911 dash, I wouldn't be surprised if s lot of this electronica ends up intact on the 992 - just hoping the PDK shifter on the 911 doesn't move to the dash. It's OK for a Prius, not OK on a 911. I was hoping the exact opposite, that the PDK on the 911 moves to the GT3/GT4RS-style PDK shifter (which looks like a manual).

I am keeping our current Cayenne for as long as I can. This is the first time I've fully hated the inside of a Porsche. I was already sad about the increasing number of digital screens, and loss of buttons.
I recently got a current gen 718, which I will only get rid of if I choose to finally go 911.
But if everything is fully digital and looks like this I'll be looking to pick up a 911 from this generation and not a new one - as much as I'd like (and have been waiting for) the hybrid 911.
