I am having issues with my 2021 Taycan. the dealership seems to be playing the pass the buck game by having me contact Porsche customer service which seems to be a black hole that problems are tossed into and forgotten.
so does anyone have contacts higher up on the food chain that I can contact in order to get the fixes back on track?
If I cannot get this resolved it looks like a lemon law car case is in my future.

 

Care to elaborate on your situation? Keep pushing the dealer and PCNA. Also post to the Taycan technical forum as opposed to general discussions.
