Four years after production of the 959 stopped, Porsche slapped together a very limited run of one of its finest creations.

All the stuff including the motorsports upgrade 85hp chip and the incredible center-lock torque multiplying wrench.


I miss it sometimes.
I'm a former 959 owner. I've never seen one of these cars but I recall knowing about Porsche building them. I also believe that they used some 964 parts. In fact I recall replacing parts of my car with 964 stuff. Bruce will know.

Back then, that is '70's, 80's and early 90's it was not unheard of for Porsche (Frau Baer) to assist customers in parts built race cars. I'm almost certain there's even 917/30 from parts.
