If you search on my quest to find a carseat that fits a 993 cab, this is the one that worked the best. It does assume your passenger is short so the front passenger seat can be moved pretty far up. But it works.

Requires BK harness mount and I used the LATCH mount off the base unit of a Britax infant carrier. Worked great.

Of course would also fit a coupe.

I used the same seat in my 997 cabriolet. Removed the seat cushion

 

Bump. This is a bargain and a half. New these are about $250 ish. And it fits.

 

I should have a few BK harnesses kicking around. Used them in the 993 back seat. PM if interested
