Check Craigslist, Nam; there's a bunch for sale on the Baltimore site, so I assume you'll have just as much to choose from in the DC area.

Sure! I also meant to write that I'd probably want to buy from a Rennlister before Craigslist, and Craigslist before eBay. I like the idea of buying from an individual rather than a store. With Craiglist, you can at least sort of try it out and get a decent idea of condition. Maybe Gazelle offers a warranty, which would be nice.

I was going to try for the iPhone 5 this week if I have time. I have a 4 16GB that I was going to send to Gazelle.

 

I would try to get a 4S if you can. It is the only model that has enough computing power to support the new IOS and its future upgrades without much notice.

Sell it on the member-to-member classifieds. I sold my 3S fairly quickly and for more money than Gazelle was offering. AT&T will also buy your phone, but that pricing seems to be inline with Gazelle.
