FS: 997.1 NB "Turbo Twist" Replica Wheels w/winter tires
Rennlisters,
I'm selling my "winter package" for my '06 C2S Cab. I purchased these in Fall 2011 from a fellow Rennlister, and used them for one winter.
Price: $900 for wheels & tires + Shipping
Wheels: 18" Turbo Twist Knock-Offs (purchased from Tire Rack)
Front Size: 18x8 ET52
Rear Size: 18x10 ET47
Tires Front: 225/40 18" Continental WinterContact TS801S; Treads (L&R): 10/32 & 10/32 (new is 11/32)
Tires Rear: 265/40 18" Continental WinterContact TS801S; Treads (L&R): 5/32 & 5/32 (new is 10/32)
Center Caps NOT included
Condition (Wheels): Very good condition. A few small scratches upon close inspection, but nothing major.
Condition (Front Tires): Fronts are in very good shape (see pics) and are almost new. Will definitely get another 2-3 winters out of them.
Condition (Rear Tires): Rears are at wear bars for outer shoulders (see pics), but have not hit wear bars for inner shoulder or center section. Those are around 2-3mm remaining. For deep snow, I would replace. For ice & plowed roads, you may be able to get one winter out of them.
Tires now have 7,500 miles on them across three winters of driving (1 with me, and 2 with other Rennlister)
I'll try to find offsets, but do know that many 997.1 & 993 folks were using these wheels for winters (Coochas has many posts on this several years back on the 997 forum)
Thanks,
-Blake

FYI these should fit on a 964 too with spacers in the rear, if they fit on a 993. Obviously the tire sizes aren't ideal but it might open up your market a bit for someone looking for just the wheels themselves.

Absolutely. FedEx Home is the cheapest by far. I plugged in a zip code for Philadelphia, and the shipping came out at $204 and change. I think that would be at the high end of an estimate for tires & wheels...
I am open to selling the wheels by themself as well which will drastically drop shipping price (weight reduction)...
Thanks,
-Blake
