- Cosmetics
Cosmetically, the machine is a 9/10. The only part of the machine that isn't nearly perfect is the underside, which has one very small indent on the side (and regular hairline scratches from use on a tabletop). Previously, the machine lost two of its "rubber feet" which I have since had replaced under Apple Care

- Software
The machine is running Mac OS X 10.8.1 (the most current version of Apple's OS: Mountain Lion)
The machine has Microsoft Office for Mac 2011
The machine has one year of Apple Care remaining
The machine has one year of LoJack for Laptops Premium Edition coverage remaining

LoJack (15 months remaining) and Apple Care (15 months remaining). I have MS Office installed on it now, but I plan on wiping the HD clean before sale and I'm not sure whether it could be recovered.

I've been fielding multiple questions about the machine, so I've posted answers to "FAQs" below:

- Cosmetics

Cosmetically, the machine is an 8.5 - 9 /10. The only part of the machine that isn't nearly perfect is the underside, which has the two missing feet and one very small indent on the side (and regular hairline scratches from sitting on tabletops for 1 yr+). I was asked whether Apple Care would replace the feet for free and my answer is: I'm not quite sure! I've found replacement feet online for $15. That aside, cosmetically it is extremely good.

- Software
I'm currently running Mac OS X 10.6.8 (don't like the new iOS-feeling OS). I'm planning on wiping the machine's hard drive clean before sale. The Apple Care and LoJack software will be valid for the new user (I confirmed this by speaking on the phone with Apple and LoJack). PM me for more details.

- Other Hardware
Of course the computer includes the standard charger
