Putting a real cup wing and decklid is complicated because the air intake is incorporated into the decklid.
Go look at the underside of your decklid and then check a cup car. (most race shops have a cup car customer with a car there for set up) Your decklid is 8K or so and 3K more for the wing. The cup parts costs more. If you get a good deal on one and then spend 1-2K modifying it to work, and then tune for more airflow Your idea will cost 15-20 thousand. Just about everything else will improve your car more than this upgrade that you are contemplating. The bang for the buck is very low with this mod.
