What is the finish on these wheels (chrome, paint, bare aluminum). Also what size and brand of rubber. What will it cost to ship to 55364. I thinking hard. Let me know. Thanks

they have kumho tires. Rears are almost done, fronts are about 60% to the good and worn even.
