Lots of NICE 911 & 930 parts for sale.... REDUCED Prices
I have a nice selection of 911/930 parts available for sale. These parts all came from the collection of a good friend/PCA member/concours freak who has owned more than 60 Porsches over the years. He and his wife are moving out of state & decided to lighten the load… See all pictures below the text.
911 / 930 wide body deck lid & wing:
This tail was taken off when the car was new because the owner preferred his car without the whale tail. My friend bought the car from the original owner & got this wing in the deal (this was years ago), he has kept it stored properly since then. The rubber is in perfect, soft condition. As you all know, the rubber is no longer available, so these will only get harder & harder to find. If you want to concours your car, this wing will set you apart!
$SOLD
930 front Spoiler:
Again, this part is as close to new as you can get… All threaded mounting posts are perfect & the rubber is clean, soft and consistent. These are around $450 new.
$SOLD
930 Exhaust/Muffler & CAT
This was taken of off a 1986 car with less than 10k miles on it & will fit any 930 – in great condition & will allow you to save big $$$ when your CAT dies & the smog man commeth…
$400 - REDUCED - $300
911 Euro “Cat Bypass” Muffler for 2.7, 3.0 & 3.2 cars
OEM – manufactured by Gillet. Don’t know much about this other than it’s a euro pre muffler, but I would imagine that it would free up some breathing & allow a lot more heat to escape…
$250 - REDUCED - $175
911 OEM Short Shift Kit for the 915 Transmissions
This is NOS in the original boxes & includes the hand brake plate necessary for the conversion
$SOLD!
911 OEM Tool Kit & Jack
I believe that this is a complete set except for the belt & the long screw driver is missing the yellow handle. I also noticed that one of the fasteners on the pouch was missing – Nice condition though.
$SOLD
OEM Air Compressor
In new condition
$SOLD
911 Tail Light Lenses
I have 2 sets – both are in decent condition & both sets have some minor cracks on the right lens at the outside screw hole – both left lenses are free of cracks
$40 per pair
BOTH SETS SOLD...
OEM 993 Turbo Bra
I believe that these are NLA – this one is new and in the Porsche box
$150 - REDUCED - $100
911 Speedster Bra
Made by Colgan – looks to have been used VERY lightly – then folded properly & put back in the original box
$100
Please PM me & include your email address for additional pictures of the parts above. All prices are exclusive of shipping costs.
I plan on editing the post to show what sells...
Thanks!

You show the tail with a "911SC" emblem. Was the tail section added to a stock SC lid, and does the tail cover the mounting holes for the original emblem position (can you see the holes from the underside of the lid)?

Not sure I understand your question, but you can definitely see the mounting holes for the 991sc badge on the underside - see photo below...

Thank you! Your picture answered my question - it appears that your lid was truly "born" with the tail section, there is no evidence that the 911SC emblem ever occupied the original place closer to the grille. Beautiful piece, I'll mention it around...

Excuse me...? I edited the post to cover my ***...? The editing took place to ensure that listers could see what had sold - NOT to try and "hide" a $40 sale.... As the post clearly states, all of these parts were being sold for a friend of mine to help clear out his attic for a move out of state - not for my own profit... Neither he, or I have any desire, or need to "screw" a fellow rennlist member out of $40!
This REALLY infuriates me.
I quite clearly listed the taillights with the words "used", "cracked" AND for $40 DOLLARS - WHAT WERE YOU EXPECTING???? I even sent you a pm to make sure you understood the condition of the lenses...
The worst thing is that you send me a PM today saying that you were unhappy with what you received, and then post this attack on my character an hour later without even giving me a chance to offer you a refund. I would have been more than happy to send your sister her $40 back, had you given me an opportunity; but now you can take your cracked lens and **** off.
Be careful how you respond to this post as I view this as slander.

One should always give a fellow the chance to resolve the issue quietly one-on-one at the lowest possible level without reverting to the court of public opinion. Honestly...take this offline and try to resolve it....it sounds like something might be be worked out without a jury of peers involved or overseeing the problem.
