Here's the deal. I orginally bought this car from Boostguy951 a couple months ago as a rolling shell (bascially everything minus the motor). I sourced a used low mileage (under 80k) motor from Kevin in Ohio from one of his parts cars. I stripped it down and cleaned the motor. The bores were mint, no scoring. I resealed the motor, installed a fairly new cup clutch, rebuilt head, rebuilt K26/6, new timing/b-shaft belt/rollers/water pump, new rod bearings, venturi delete, vitesse 15psi AFM chips, FPR, Tial 38mm, MBC. Has new tie rods as well. The a/c is there, will need a recharge.

The car is not exactly 'done' yet. There are still a few things that need to be completed. It's already March and I was planning on having my other 951 in the garage for a motor rebuild/upgrades. I'm well past that time and I need to drop this other project and move onto my main car. This is what is left to be finished:

Car was repainted while in Boostguy951's ownership. The paint isn't perfect, not yet finished. It still has an orange peel finish to it. It was repainted House of Kolor Pearl Black. In the shade it looks a little dull due to the orange peel. In the sun, when the metallic comes out, it looks amazing. The original header panel and headlight covers that were on the car were bent, I replaced them with good condition pieces off a black car. They have not yet been repainted. The car didn't come with a rear valence, I also have a black one that has yet to be installed. The rear bumper pads were shaved but the bumper has a 2 inch scrap in it from storage. There is a 3 inch small dent/crease in the rear upper part of the pass fender, not sure if it can be pulled without paint work. The door locks were painted over as well. Has two small scraps in the rear driver fender. Car was also missing a gas cap, I replaced it but it has not been repainted.

The interior is complete, waiting on a rear black mat from a parts guy. The dash as a few small cracks in it. At night the cluster lights don't turn on, along with the outside driving lights. My bet is the headlight switch. The healights go up, but not down. Once again, I think that is the headlight switch. The recaros that are in the car are from my other 951 and will not go with the car. So either the car is sold without seats or I pick up another set to toss in. The stereo will not turn on. Car is wired up for an amp/subs.

The motor is extremely solid. It drives great as it should, most everything is new. Doesn't leak a drop of oil, as it's been resealed.

Car has an LSD trans and comes with upgraded axles. I'm not sure of the make of axle. I changed the gear oil as well. The trans, as well as the car, have 114k miles on them. Odo works.

The front tires have been driven on with a bit too much camber, the inside is worn more then the outside.

Car has konis in the rear and ss brake lines.

This is a great chance to own a solid car if you don't mind finishing it. Like I said, I don't have the time/space anymore to complete it. Full exhaust is on, Tial WG is in with new adaptor plates. Car is set at 16psi with an accuboost and runs GREAT, pull shard. All the lights are fixed except the dash lights. Still for sale.

Car Looks Sweet!

To recap, the car needs:

1) Dash Lights Fixed (the headlights now work?)
2) Gas Cap Painted
3) Header Panel and Headlight Covers Painted
4) Rear Valence Painted and Mounted
5) AC Charged
6) Seats need to be provided

Anything else that would need attention? Im still pissed I didnt have the funds when you sold your White 951 (that thing was utterly STUNNING). I bought a Turbo M3 a few months later instead, but Im still looking to pick up a 951.

Yeah, my old Pearl car was an amazing car. I regret selling that one for sure.

There is the small dent in the rear pass side, it may just need to be pulled with no paint. I'm not a body guy, NO idea.

Headlights, tailights, brake lights and turn signals now all work. The dash gauges were wired up for those gauges (not my taste). I'm not sure why they're not working. But it's not a simple fix like a fuse or anything. I haven't pulled the gauges to check though.

As I updated in the auction, the pass side door lock doesn't work. I remember seeing threads where it may need to be adjusted? Not sure on that. The pass side sunvisor clip JUST broke yesterday. Grr. And the little interior light lost it's clip so it hangs.

Besides those few small things, you've got the list down.

Ah, and the stereo isn't working. It has power to it (it opens to insert a CD), but it won't turn on.
