For Sale: SCAM ALERT !!!!!!! SCAM ALERT !!!!! HASAN CHOWDURY

its not the fee that is the only concern for sellers. Paypal rarely sides with the seller and usually sides with the buyer, it is very common for people to purchase items then claim they never received them. The seller is stuck with no goods and no cash and has to prove their case to paypal to get the funds released. Its almost not worth selling using paypal unless its friends and family.
I have been down that road in the past. Wire transfer or F&F only. It sucks but there are scammers on both sides.

A big thanks to hmch996t in saving me from being victim on this item - https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1195838
Well known, long time Rennlist member account appears to have been taken over/hacked, and responded to me very generously, accepting my offer. The moment I asked for a Paypal invoice describing the headlights being sold, he went cold. Also goes by the name Hasan, and includes a phone number using a North Carolina area code. Beware, fellow Rennlisters!

Looks like the administrators have banned the account. Unfortunate for the real user. I hope nobody else falls victim to these scammers.

Puzzled. Member gets hacked and rennlist is responsible? Buy London bridge in Hyde park and sue. London? Better to attack the scammer instead?
