11" MacBook Air -$750 Firm
UPDATE - NEW CHARGER AND CASE NOW INCLUDED, PRICE REDUCED TO $750.
Hi All,
This is my 11" MacBook Air that I purchased new in Oct 2012.
Highlights:
- 2.0 GHz i7 CPU. The fastest CPU on any MBA, ever (today's top-of-the-line MBA is only 1.7 GHz)
- 8GB Ram
- 256GB SSD
- Brand new MagSafe 2 power adapter
- Free Decoded Slim Case: $100 MSRP (http://decodedbags.com/products/slim...acbook-air-13/) [see photos]
- [See full specs in photos]
Lowlights:
- The computer is no longer under warranty (Apple Care lasted only the first 12 months)
- The right speaker sounds muffled, so I usually adjust the balance to listen to the left speaker only
- There are two small nicks on either corner of the computer (you can see them in the last 2 photos)
Price:
- $750 firm
- MSRP was $1600+, and today Apple sells a refurbished version of this exact machine for $1,000+ tax (http://store.apple.com/us/product/G0...-Intel-Core-i7)
PS:
As a final note, I've used RL to sell my Mac products twice in the past. I sold an iPad to chas911 and a MacBook Pro to smsarchitects. Both of them will tell you that I'm an honest seller and that the products were as described Feel free to PM me with questions/offers.

Bump for photos.
I've isolated the speaker trouble to the right speaker and am working on fixing it myself. Price negotiable if you'll take it as is!

Nice laptop. You can get a replacement AC adapter from Apple. Call them, give them the serial number of the power adapter, tell them it's fraying (tell them you can send them a picture), tell them it doesn't properly charge, and they will give you a new one. Mine stopped working, and they told me to go to the local Apple store, and a new one was waiting for me.

It took two attempts but Apple gave me a brand spankin' new power cord. So the offering has been sweetened to include a case and a new power cable
Lots of looky-loos but nothing firm yet. Make an offer!

Awesome! Do I get a discount for my tip? Haha. I wish I needed a laptop, looks like a great one at a great price.

Went down to the Apple store today to play with my would-be new machine, a 13" MacBook Pro (Retina Display model). I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. Between that and the fact that I haven't gotten an offer at my asking price, I think I'm taking this baby off the market. Thanks all for the interest! Does anybody know how to close a thread, or do the mods need to do that?
