Front shield. Tire rack extended by approximately 2" on each side to accommodate eight wide tires (probably 305s). Deadbolt locks for tire rack. Compression plate and grip lock to hold tires in place on rack.
Aluminum American Racing wheels. Steel spare.
Surge brakes serviced and wheel bearings checked and repacked this spring. Believe it's a 2001 model. Purchased two years ago from Rennlister.
Price for new unit would be over $8,000.
Price: $4,800

Thanks RecRacer and Kevin.
Regarding whether a 997 RS will fit, I think it would, but can't guarantee it. Trailex bills this model as "the 911 trailer". It 75" inches between the fenders, and the bed length is 153". My newly acquired E46 M3 fits on it. I'd keep it if I could "weatherproof" the M3, just need an enclosed trailer.
It's located in Newburgh, Indiana (southwestern part of the state). I would consider driving it within a reasonable distance. Kind of a "pay it forward" thing... the Rennlister I bought it from towed it from the east cost to Chicago on his family vacation to make it easier for me to pick it up.

That is awesome! I just got one of these (configured the same) and the workmanship seems excellent. You can even move the axles for better weight distribution, and the whole thing with rack and fairing is under 1000 lbs. Now I'm trying to prod a friend into getting one, but he's a long way from IN. Good luck with the sale.

I'm shocked this trailer has not sold. I sold a similar model 4 weeks ago and it lasted about 15 minutes on RL. Had multiple offers at a price not to far south of what this one's listed at.

I think I listed it at a bad time of year, right before the holidays. We'll see what happens after people get back home and into their routines.
