I somehow listed this twice here thinking I was putting one thread in 997 forum.

Is this price ok? Wheels are still available.

Smile Info...

Potential buyers would want to know the diameter of the wheels and the off sets front and rear. They might also want to know the weight for the front and rear wheels. The wheels look great....

The offsets and widths are in the pictures. That is the close ups. 8" Front with 57 offset and 10" Rear with 58 offset. I believe all Carrera IIIs are 18" but for sure these are.

Weights I do not know.

Thanks for the tip.

I looked at the wheels you bought.... tires were about good enough to hold up the rims.

Granted, you got a screamin' deal for rims, but I think what he is asking is very fair.

Nice price on the wheels. I think you are handicapped by "local pickup only".

These look great on a 993 too... I saw them on BufordTJs and they are perfect. I think they are the same sizes/offsets, but may want to validate if you're going that way.

Yes they fix 993NB. Mine are the same offset. The set I bought came off a 05 with a 265/40 on the rear and I had a slight rub after lowering with PSS10. I switched to a proper 265/35 and all was good.

993 OEM 18" wheel offsets are 52/65 (f/r) and CIII wheel offsets are 58/57. IOW, rear track increases and wheel is further out and more flush with fender lip while front track decreases and wheel is further in wheel well. It's doubtful that anything more than a 265 tire on CIII wheels would work on the rear of a lowered 993. A 225 tire might be the max on front without using spacers, depending on which coil spring is installed. Without 14mm spacers in front, car will tend to understeer more. Porsche has a 12mm spacer that would probably work.

Default Wheels SOLD

I just bought and picked up these wheels a couple of days ago. REALLY nice shape - no scratches or curb rash - look just like new! I'll be putting them on a 928. I'm very happy with the wheels and the owner was a pleasure to work with - THANKS!
