Porsches to Ohio: July 26-28

We are scheduled but a close friend's daughter is getting married that Saturday, so I'm not sure we can make it. Interestingly, I paid for Marylynn's Row parking and some other stuff that added up to $185 back in March and, although my CC was charged and paid, I have yet to hear anything from the organizers. Is this typical?
Also, if we park in Marylynn's Row, are we committed to keep the car parked there for a specific period of time or can we come and go as we please?
Thanks.

I seem to recall getting an email confirmation immediately after registering. Perhaps yours ended up in SPAM.
As for coming and going, I know you can leave whenever you want, and can't imagine getting back in will be a problem, although you might have to go thru the check-in line again.

Thanks Kevin. Not sure what we'll end up doing - the wedding invite arrived last week. I knew the kid was getting married this summer but had no idea what date.
Most things I have done similar to this in the past provided some kind of info packet after paying.
When I registered, the car was going to be triple Black. After my daughter came home and went with us to the dealer to order, it became Mahogany/brown/Espresso. Think they'll notice?

Kevin's right, you'll get an email confirmation and that's it. Parking is not a problem for leaving, in fact I leave right after lunch.
Not sure about reenter; I suspect they discourage that but might permit it in your special case. You may want to send an email to Ron Thomas at rthomas@heattfs.com He can tell you about reentry permission.
As for color....not a problem. If you pay you play!!

It really is a fun event. Normally I go starting on Friday and stay the whole time but this year just going to go over Sat am and come back early afternoon. Maybe leave after lunch with Dan.

Michael Eisner late of Disney went to Denison. Another Granville highlight for any primitive archers is Bob Morrison's Morrison Bows. I have several.

I would say, Yes, as registering gives you a parking spot that is tied to your registration number, and there is a finite number of spots available. It is especially true if you are parking in Marylynn's Row.

I don't see a need to register 2 times just because you are bringing 2 cars. If you are wanting to park in Marilynn's row that would be an exception.
