Hi, is it possible for a U.S. resident to take European delivery of an EU model of a new Porsche instead of one built for the US market? I am in the process of obtaining residency in Portugal and plan to eventually import the vehicle into Portugal. It is my understanding that if I were to take delivery of a U.S. model it would likely require modifications to conform to EU regulations before I could import it into Portugal. Anyone have any information or experience to share?
