Naples, FL sightings
Man,
So many sightings in a small town. I was down there on business and saw 911s, boxters, carreras, a white 968 and a very sharp black 928.
On a boat tour they said there were more millionares there per capita then any other place in the world. Some of the 40 million dollar houses weren't too shabby. One had 3 pools, 2 indoor (1 in the master suite) and one outdoor.

There are a lot of Porsches, but there do not seem to be a lot of enthusiasts... though I do know of a couple including one that has recently moved to Naples.
In my "average" neighborhood alone I have counted several 2 to 3 Boxsters, 3 early 911's, a 951, a gorgous 924S, a 968 cab, and an aerokit 996... beside my own GT3. Also recently sighted around town was a gorgous Ocean Jade 996 TT (2001), never seen that color on a TT.
Naples is also home to one of the largest private Porsche collections as well as this one of a kind beauty... Paint to sample 996 Cabriolet . Someone needs their creative licence revoked for selecting those colors.

I was at the Collier Museum a few years ago before the closed
it off the the public. It was heaven!!
The 356 registry - FOG (Florida Owners Group) will be having a private
function there in the near future, I will be there again.

I think it will be sometime in spring 2004.
I will find out and let you all know.
However, I believe you have to be a member
of the 356 Florida Owners Group (FOG). $10 / yr.
Unlike PCA, you do not have to own a 356.
