I have only owned it for a little over a week but it's been great so far. I would absolutely recommend the Cayenne if you absolutely need an SUV. I bought it to haul the kids around but it's still pretty nimble for such a heavy SUV.

We do Sunday cruises at least twice a month. It's a small group of folks who really love driving. You can tell how much they love cruises by how early we meet on Sunday mornings to drive.

Dude, big THANK YOU for posting your group's events. This is one of the main reasons this thread was created and for that I appreciate you. Like others, I no longer have a Facebook page, deleted mine back in 2006 lol, so keep us updated via this thread.

Guys, it's 52 degrees out today. Anyone take the car out? My car (Pegasus) has been hibernating and hasn't left the garage at all this year. I'm so tempted but I have other errands to run. Ugh!

Im not a Facebook user, but its probably the best source. Search for Cars and Coffee NJ and you will get several hits. You'll see posts here as well.

Closest meets are in Monroe and Shrewsbury once a month once the weather gets nice. More options with larger meets in northern jersey.

I've only been in NJ for a few years - went to C&C twice and it seemed to be heavy in the Mustang and Corvette scene - not many high value or import cars. It sounds like there are several C&Cs - maybe I went to the wrong one...

As someone who has spent 39 of his 45 years here in NJ, I would like to introduce you to the term guido. Guidos drive Mustangs and Camaros and when they do well in life Corvettes. Lol.
Those are much more impressive cars these days, but yes they aren’t as exciting as some exotics. Best show I have gone to is in Sun Valley when they do the high speed runs- tons of Porsches, Singer Porsches, Bugatti, Ford GT, Lambos, vintage and current Ferraris, McLaren Senna. Kind of ruined it for any other meet for me.
