955/957 Cayenne DIY: Front Rotors and Pads

You don't need the two piece rotors - unless you have a Turbo S or the Power Pack installed. The prices at the the ECS site are similar to other sites. And, you can go to your Porsche dealer to get the same parts (mine matched the web prices). The part numbers change sometimes (improvements or changes in the part). More info on parts, tools and how to at: https://rennlist.com/forums/porsche-...e-cayenne.html
Good luck.

Thanks guys, the OEM parts are really expensive, so thinking about using aftermarket parts, which should be around 3 times cheaper!
Front rotors: BREMBO 09.9870.11 (368x36mm)
Front pads: TRW GDB1774
Wear sensors: WS0275B
Rear rotors: BOSCH 0 986 479 259
Rear pads: TRW GDB1775

What do you think?

Read a bit around and it seems like Bosch and TRW is not the best solution. Got a new offer, which should be much better.

Does anyone know (off the top of their head) what the offsets are on Brembo floating rotor hats versus the factory Cayenne GTS one-piece rotor?
At some point in the near future, I'll be replacing the front rotors on my 2001 GT3 Cup. TRG upgraded the original 330mm factory front rotors on the car with 350mm two-piece rotors (the Big Brake setup found in later, 2002-2005 Cups). (And before you ask, YES, I am using non-floating hardware on my brakes to remain GTC3 legal!) When I replace the rotors, I'll be using the factory one-piece setup. Thus, I'll have Brembo rotor hats I can use as a potential means of creating a Brembo floating rotor setup on the front of my 2008 GTS. I can buy slotted or drilled rotors in the 350x34mm dimensions used on the GTS, BUT my question is this.....
Does anyone know what offsets are used in the factory 1-piece rotor? Anyone have a dead rotor off of a 2008 GTS that can measure? I think I can secure the offsets on the Brembo floating hats from Brembo. Thanks!

I am also looking to replace the brakes and rotors. Quick question though, I am seeing for the turbo and S, 350mm are used in the front. I have red calipers, but I have 20inch stock rims, soooo does this mean the 350 is the right fit or are there brake pads even bigger?
Also, is there a difference between buying front and back sensors or are they all just alike?
Pleassseeee help, thanks!!!

Lee0826 - You did not state the year & model of your Cayenne - but as a rule there is a difference between the front and rear brake pad wear sensors. As for the rotor size - depends on the model year of your Cayenne.

Your rim size does not affect the brake size, so they remain the same. Also, the sensors are all the same. ECS is a good source for all these parts.

I just placed my order for a complete front and rear brake job on my 2008 Cayenne GTS. I got EVERYTHING from Amazon, even though it took a full day of searching for part numbers. Here is a list of everything I bought at the price at time of purchase:
The grand total including shipping (Prime membership pays for itself in one order! LOL) was $610.76 Of course, that total includes the triple square tool set. I also ordered the spring tool from trakjunq. The brake workshop light just came on yesterday. I'll get to work as soon everything arrives. The hardware kits are shipping from CA to SC, so it will probably be next week before I am able to begin.
