Should be able to do it from the stalk or PCM where you can select the wheel and tire combo from the screen.

I can concur on this. I purchased a second set of wheels and had new tires and new tpms sensors installed at Discount Tire. After selecting my new wheel and tire comb, the system learned the new sensors within a 5 mile drive.
