Hey everyone, wanted to ask if anyone knows how to replace this pipe connector for my cayenne turbo? And what could cause this connector to explode. After coming home I parked my car and left. In couple of minutes I heard bam and after checking what happened, I saw coolant all over garage floor.
There is no easy way. You pretty much just have to start taking things off until you can get a pair of channel locks in there and both hands. You can take a small section of the firewall off to help expose it. You can also take the hoses loose from the opposite end that broke. That may allow easier access to pull the T out. Depending on the size of your arm you may also be able to get your arm in from the underneath. I swapped out the valve on the exhaust that is adjacent to the T in your pic.
