Frustrating one, and maybe this is normal?

Replaced stock belts with "genuine Porsche parts" from Suncoast.

As expected, the retractor:
- locks on moderate acceleration
- locks on light braking or deceleration

But, if parked on the slightest hill, the retractor is locked and you can't pull out the belt to put it on until you get the car level, or accelerate until the retractor "thinks" it's level.

This can't be normal, can it? It seems far too sensitive to locking the retractor.
