Default Rotor driving pins

Hi all.
I'm new to the Porsche DIY scene. I have a 2016 991.1 GTS that needs new brakes (pads and rotors). I was going to purchase a kit on FCP Euro that also includes rotor driving pins. The item is seen on this ebay link:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Brake-Disc-Driving-Pin-Kit-Genuine-For-Porsche-99134190100-/153278380347

I have centerlock wheels. Are these necessary? I've seen these pins on YouTube for GT3s, but even then I don't see anyone taking these off or replacing them. I've seen instructional videos on 991.1 GTSs and a 997 S (the latter is 5 bolt, not center lock), and these pins aren't even there. Or perhaps I'm not correctly visualizing their location on the 991 GTS?

Thanks in advance to the rennlist pros.

As you may already realize, the GTS pins are unique from the GT3 pins. Porsche recommends replacing the pins each time rotors are replaced. Good to examine center locks and wheel nuts and pins routinely for any excessive wear and those wear definitions are articulated in several forums and YouTube.
