I'm at the track and my surface 2 pro won't connect to my Smartycam HD v1 without a USB hub, which I forgot. I'm trying to upload a new config via SD but I'm not having any luck using export or copying to SD and then selecting config load on the cam. Are there any tricks to make this work or something I am missing? Thx!

I don't do it that way very often, but I don't remember having trouble. Try deleting the config on the camera and then doing it. I can't try it here - I'm sold out of cameras and won't have anymore until tomorrow.

If all else fails, call AiM at 540.342.9680 and they can walk you through it.
