I was wrong, you were right. Finally figured out how to get to the OBDII raw data. Fuel level is not being transmitted by the ECU. Raw OBDII data is at 5hz but usable is 2hz. AIM RPM is coming across at 2hz now. It wasn't previously but I reduced the number of PIDs. Haven't verified this is why though. Throttle position is still at 1hz but the results are close enough that I owe AIM an apology for implying that they suck.
