Default RS3, merge multiple sessions in to 1

In RS3, is there still no way to merge multiple sessions in to 1? (Other than re-reading the sessions from the logger.)
Hoping there's been a change in RS3 I'm not aware of.

No, there is still no way to merge sessions. The xc1 file is essentially exactly what the logger has in it, so if they are split into separate files, they stay separate.

For an event, I deleted sessions in RS3, deleted files on disk, ran the "Cleanup/Compress DB" command, set "merge files logged the same day", reloaded sessions off PDM, and....it didn't merge the sessions. Sounds like a bug. I'll see what happens after my next event.

FYI, I sent this in as a bug, and AiM responded that this setting is for RS2 only, and (as Matt explained) there's no way to do this in RS3.
And said it in a way that, it'll never be an option in RS3.
Bummer.
