Default New RS3 Beta out

For anyone who had problems with RS3 beta being slow, check out the new version 3.50.81 that was just released. It should solve your problems.

Thanks for the heads up Matt. Split reports look messy, so I'll revert to previous version (which had issues also, but I think that is a map issue).
I've sent AiM a bug report.

They just released 3.50.94 this morning. It has a huge list of improvements. It's much quicker in drawing graphs too! Make sure to download from the cloud icon.

If you have a PDM or SW4, it has some nice updates too.

Thanks Matt!

FYI, they're using a new installer, and it doesn't allow selection of the install location. (Quickly confirmed by AiM support.)
The current installer may crash if you had it installed somewhere other than C: AIM_SPORT
I'm trying to not have to start from ground zero on the install, I'll report back if I figure out a work around.

I had to reimport my database as well, I don't remember if that is typical for an update or not, but it was a little annoying.

Yea, there's no obvious work around for me. I have to install as a fresh install, and re-load all my data, config files, etc. And, change my backup method.
Trying to trick it with a shortcut didn't work.
AiM said they will "probably" allow users to select install location in the next release.

AiM being Italy or here?

I have my install in the default directory and it worked fine. I didn't have to reinstall my database either, but I've been on a few different versions before this one.

I sent my initial crash problem to "aim-sportline.com"
The response was quick, and the software engineer's signature has Milan, Italy as location.

The installer on the beta is a new code and did not have the location option. It sounds like this will be changed for the next beta release, but time will tell.

Thanks Matt! I've installed and up and running. (Beta is working pretty well for me now.)
