AiM SCHD file timestamps

AiM SCHD file timestamps
Nothing horrendous going on here. But all my data, views, movies, etc, when viewed in RSA3-beta are in local time, and it all works. But the actual SCHD file (.MOV) timestamp looks to be in UTC time (when viewed with file explorer). Having the SCHD file timestamp in local time would make it easier to find session movies when not using RSA3.
Is this just how it is?

Yep. Like your idea, though. Would save a lot of time when sifting through a bunch.

Thanks guys, we'll live with it I guess.
(I had asked AiM this question, but they were confusing me with another date/time problem someone else was having, and then I didn't hear from them. I knew you guys would know. )
