I've been impressed with the reliability, configurability and price point of the AEM. Their main support engineer online is terrific.

Just received an email from Stefano at AIM Italy in response to my email. He had some interesting ideas which dovetail quite nicely off something that was suggested earlier by ProCoach.
It seems I may be the victim of clashes in the commands due to updates in firmware and software with time. According to Stefano, sometimes commands don't make it through the software and firmware update process, and thus, no longer work.
The other suggestion he had was to pair down my use of alarms and commands in order to reduce the workload of the device. Not sure how I feel about this, given that I want even more alarms....
His primary advice though as that I delete all of the alarms and math channels and then start over from scratch in constructing them.
I will carry all of this out sometime today and report back with my findings.

Bingo!
My experience, for sure. Building a new config from scratch IN the most current release of the software, with the devices on the most current release of the firmware is often the best solution.
Let et us know!

Ok... took a minute, but I made a new configuration from scratch, and for the most part, it all appears to work now. The only thing I have noticed, and again, not sure if it is a bug, is that when I set RS3 to display the Gear in a certain colour, it does not do it on all screens... just certain ones.
Again, I have sent an email to Stefano at Aim Italy to see if he can replicate it.
