This is a photo taken at Mulls Gap on the Rally of the Lakes in Killarney ,this was my very first rally , the car is Bjorn Waldegards Works Porsche 911ST ,the stage was so long I was totally knackered by the finish of the stage and that was the first stage

Here is a photo of my mates new rally car a Fiesta R5 Evo2 ,he said he had to have it as his EVO ten Mitsubishi was not fast enough , he bought the EVO10 to replace the 996 GT3 which he said was to slow , its driving him mad as for the lockdown he can only sit in it but not drive it Jim

Well just had my second jab for covid 19 , so am getting back to normal , during the lookdown iam biulding a 1969 MGCGT Sebring like the one in the Photo ,i think it will make a great long distance rally car , nearly finished the Quattro engine so thats nearing completion The EVO and GT3 and the orange Porsche have done nothing for over a year , the RS200 did some television work a Goodwood ,Belgium says it will open in July for Rallying so i hope to get some seat time in the rally cars
I hope the everyone is safe and getting through the pandemic , and we can getback to normal

Went to a rally at the weekend to support my mate in his new toy , a 1year old R5 EVO2 Fiesta , started 15th finished 3rd lost a lot of time on the first 3 stages learning the car , but was putting top times at the end
If you look closely to the left you can just see my Orange 911 300 miles round trip what a great car

This is a Ferrari Rally car i built many years ago I only drove it once ,i am a big guy and could not fit in it , sold it to a guy who never told his wife stayed in my barn for 3 years he never drove the car
Goodwood Festival of Speed next week , i am not invited with the RS200 must of upset someone ,will go down on Thursday to meet up with the other guys , Sunday up early 300 miles to York doing a rally with the EVO6 RS then 300 miles home hope it stays dry Long day Then the following weekend doing a Hill climb in the RS200 at Shelsley Wash with the guys with group B cars . Been invited to do a rally in Belgium in August every thing seems to be opening up ,

Just a update Taking the RS200 to San Marino Italy on Tuesday for Rally Legends it will be great to get back in the car ,The photo is a VW LT45 i am building a replica of to tow the Audi Quattro Rally car which will be in Rothmans colors Jim
Just got back from Rally Legends in San Marino what a great rally especially the night stages the car ran very well and had a great time There was only one RS200 mine it seems i am the only guy who actually will take a RS200 out and rally it

Rally Legends was a great rally , car went really good it was good to get some seat time in the RS200 and its great to rally in Italy . Rallying over here is opening up now so hopefully there will be more great rallies in the new year , and hopefully get the Quattro finished so i will have two great Group B rally cars
