Glenn, if the seminars are anything like the ones I've attended in the electronics world, they end up being more of a sales pitch for products than anything else.

It isn't rocket science or you wouldn't have a bunch of gophers employed washing/detailing cars.

Hand wash gently to remove loose dirt.
Clean the paint.
Polish the paint.
Protect the paint.

I have never used and never will use a pressure washer to wash any vehicle.

I detail my vehicles indoors out of the sun and away from dust blown around by wind.

It takes time...no other way around it.
