Thumbs up

For a newbie to detailing, Phil gets my vote - placed my first order with him a few weeks ago and was totally satisfied with the assistance and direction he offered. Most of my emails to him were responded to in less than 30 minutes (even in the evenings). If you get what you paid for you tend to forget what you paid and that includes after sale support. I do agree that the shipping costs appear excessive for single lower priced items but if you can delay and combine with other products it reduces the burden.

Thanks!

Remember guys I'm no where near the size of the bigger boys like Amazon and Best Buys of the world...they have some sick deals from UPS and FEDEX.

+1 for Phil and his regular sales!!

For me, I don't see it as "just cleaning supplies". Phil's experience and insight is a huge value when when considering "which" products to purchase. If I picked up the phone today and called Amazon, I am pretty sure that no one would be able to answer whether I should use a the orange or white pad. I am happy to pay and support that. I save money in the long run by not purchasing products that do not perform as intended.

I hear what you're saying.

But for someone with as much knowledge and experience in detailing as I have where I know exactly what products I need, it's just a shopping list for me. That's all it is. Just a list of items to buy at the lowest price I can buy them. No offense to any of you who want to pay more for the exact same items I can buy for less. My priority is obviously different from yours.
