Leathermasters offers an ink stain remover, maybe check with Phil at Detailers Domain to see if it will be strong enough.

Ink Stains
1. The Ink Remover (P-Protected / Coated) is designed for removal of recent (within 48 hours) ink contamination. Ink marks older than 3-5 days may not respond or will only be lightened (see Strong Effect Cleaner). The biodegradable formula is very easy to use (wax-like stick container) and works well for all types of ink as well as lipstick
2. Professional Ink Remover (P-Protected / Coated) - safely removes ink from: automotive interior surfaces, leather & cloth upholstery, headliners, sun visors, vinyl and plastic surfaces.
3. Strong Effect Cleaner - (A-Aniline / Non-Coated) (P-Protected / Coated) Leather Master's "Strong Cleaner" is arguably the most effective leather cleaner on the market.

Sadly the prognosis on ink stains on leather is not good. Reason being is that many inks soak into or are absorbed by the leather fibers but do not release them easily.
You can try the Leathermasters ink remover but do not apply too much too often as it will begin to remove the top surface also. My method, and I only do this one time, is to use the ink remover along with a magic eraser. I apply only the foam of the cleaner and work it in carefully with the magic eraser pad. Blot dry and check my progress.
Of course this is a last effort before a re-dye or replacement of the stained area.
