What do you guys use to clean up carpet from drink spills (fortunately it was tea and the carpet is black)? I don't have any industrial machinery and my previous experience with the spray in the bottle stuff is less than stellar. It gets stuff clean, but I can't ever seem to get all the suds/soapiness out of the carpet.
Any ideas?

Folex from Home Depot might work. Spray it on and scrub very light, just enough to work it into the fibers. The if you have a wet/dry vac remove the filter and vac, vac and vac some more. Best to setup a fan after to help it dry out.
