A few words about Phil,

I had a question on a wax procedure on Sunday and emailed him not expecting to get a response until next week; that same day Phil got back to me with an answer. Yesterday, I put an order in with Phil via his website at around 3:00 pm and within no time I got an email of the order and that is was shipped. Today I received the order by 11:00am. Phil has always been very helpful and his prices are very fair. I have the highest regard for Phil and will continue to do business with his organization.

I would also like to say thanks. Your service and response to customers is perhaps the best I've seen. I have been a Griot's customer for a while now, but I am making the transition over to being a Detailer's Domain customer. You have already helped me a great deal. I just purchased a Flex orbital, and must also say that the results I am getting from your recommendation of Menzerna polishes blows away what I have achieved using the Griot's polishes.
